Michel-Schlumberger Wine Estate
Michel Schlumberger has one primary goal to let the vineyards speak in each bottle of wine, highlighting the unique impression of the landscape, soil, and climate from where the grapes are grown.
Michel-Schlumberger Wine Estate’s first vines were planted in 1979, and the vineyard has been functioning under its current name since 1991, when Jacques Pierre Schlumberger joined Jean-Jaques Michel. Unique Dry Creek Valley climate and soils allow the growing of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Chardonnay grapes to create unique flavors.
This Spanish Mission-style winery is located on the estate stitched across the hills. It produces artisan wines in the atmosphere of honoring European roots and Spanish influence in early California history. The northern Sonoma County regions of Dry Creek and Alexander Valley offer the wine travel unsurpassed accessibility to some of the world’s finest wines and champagnes.
Look for Michel-Schlumberger wine reviews about their current release wines, including Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Petit Sirah, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Rouge, Rose, Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Viognier, and Bordeaux Blends.
